Over the years, I have learnt that the most rewarding part of travel is not simply showing someone my country.
It is seeing India through their eyes.
Watching the excitement of a first encounter.
Hearing what they remember years later.
Receiving a message long after they have returned home.
And then, sometimes, receiving a call saying:
“Kamlendra, we are coming back.”
