Itinerary

Day 01 - Arrive / Colombo

Arrival at Bandaranayke International Airport and welcome by a representative of our office & transfer to Colombo.

The capital of Sri Lanka is located in the west coast of Sri Lanka. You will be taken on a city tour that includes: Fort, the former British administrative centre, Old Parliament Building, a Hindu Temple, and a Dutch Church.

Day 02 - Colombo/Pinnawela/ Sigiriya / Dambulla

After Breakfast proceed to Kandy en route visit Pinnawela.

One of the most popular places among the local and foreign visitors.  Many cute baby elephants who have been orphaned in the jungles of Sri Lanka could be seen here. Pinnawala also is the center for breeding elephants in captivity. This Orphanage is managed by the Dept. of Wildlife and Nature Protection of Sri Lanka. This will be a memorable experience to our tourists.

Visit to Sigiriya, This is a city, palace and garden complex centering a 200 metre high rock with 1198 steps is a glowing tribute to the vision of King Kashyapa who created this Palace.

Day 03 - Dambulla / Anuradhapura/Dambulla

After breakfast visit the ancient historical site of Anuradhapura. Sri Lanka's first capital is situated in the dry zone. It is one of Sri Lanka's premier ancient cities.

Day 04 - Dambulla / Pollonnaruwa/Dambulla

After breakfast visits the ancient historical site of Polonnaruwa: The Island’s medieval capital rose to fame after Anuradhapura’s decline.

Polonnaruwa is called ‘Poem in stone’ as is world famous for incredible size of Buddha Statues and beautiful circular Buddhist shrines carved out of living rocks. The archaeological museum located by the giant reservoir called “Parakrama Samudraya” (Sea of Parakrama) built by the greatest Sinhala King of Polonnaruwa,

In the afternoon visit Medirigiriya.

Day 05 - Dambulla / Kandy

After breakfast leave for Kandy. Enroute visit Dambulla Cave temple, Nalanda Gedige, Alu Vihare temple, Spice Garden and a Batik factory in Matale. In the evening relax at the hotel.

Day 06 - Kandy

Visit to Kandy City, recently, Kandy has been named as a “Heritage City”.

Evening you can see a Cultural show, re-enacting the traditional forms of Dance and Music of Sri Lanka.

Day 07 - Kandy / Nuwara Eliya

After breakfast leave for Nuwara-Eliya. En route visit a Tea Plantationa and a Tea Factory. In the afternoon visit Nuwara-Eliya city.

Enjoy the magnificent scenery of water falls, mist-clad mountains, and British style houses with fragrant flower gardens.

Nuwara Eliya is the highest mountain terrain in Sri Lanka, located at an altitude of 2510 meters above sea level. This city in the hill country of Sri Lanka was name by the British as “Little England”

Day 08 - Nuwara Eliya / Kataragama

fter breakfast leave for Kataragama., In the afternoon doing a wild safari in Yala.

Discover Yala West, the most visited National Park in the country. Yala West is fantastic for birders, since over 142 species of birds have been recorded in the park. Tiny green bee-eaters happily pose for photos just inches from your jeep while birds of prey such as the White-bellied sea eagle soar loftily overhead.

The lagoons are home to many migrants alongside sandpipers, herons, terns, gulls, pelicans and storks including the rare black-necked stork, the tallest bird in Sri Lanka, which may frequent the watering holes alongside majestic peacocks.

Day 09 - Khajuraho / Varanasi

After breakfast leave for Bentota, En route visit Weligama fishing Village and Galle fort.

En route visit turtle hatchery.

Day 10 - Bentota

Full day relax at the hotel.

Day 10 - Bentota / Airport

In time transfer to airport to board onward flight to Home country,  with beautiful memories.
